I can't say enough about your staff here. They have been amazing They made a sad occasion bearable. The room was exactly what we expected. Clean comfortable with unlimited tea and coffee available day and night. We checked in at 2.30 am. And the receptionist ( Terri) was extremely helpful and got us settled in nicely. The next morning we had breakfast which was lovely full English, pastries, fruit and cereal all unlimited and delicious. We stayed for a second night. The receptionist Court ( Courtney) went above and beyond helping us re book our room. She was so empathetic and helpful to our situation, asking us if there was anything she could help us with to make things a little easier for us while we stayed. She made a sad time bearable and a little brighter and we can't thank her enough. Would we stay here again? Yes, in a heartbeat. Your staff here at Basildon, festival park are a credit to your company. You should be very proud.
Premier usually deliver a good bang for your buck, and this venue is no different. The room was clean and spacious, the hot water plentiful and the service polite and efficient. I arrived late and there was still space for parking. I didn't find the room too warm, and there a fan if needed. The mattress was firm, as were the pillows. No complaints; I would happily use this venue again.
We visited from Australia and have to say the service was 5*! Lee welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. The room was good, a little dated but served its purpose and the beds were super comfy! The food was great and we were glad to have decent sausages(Aussie snags are not the best) we had a naughty elf visit and the kids loved that. All of the team were fantastic but the engagement from Court was outstanding! Her energy and commitment to ensuring we had everything we needed, even helping my partner taking his tools to the car! Your genuine kindness was so appreciated! Keep up the great work!
Stayed at the Premier Inn Basildon Festival Park and had a great stay. The room was comfortable and exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn. Breakfast was great, and a special mention to Gary (I think that was his name) who was friendly and helpful and helped make the morning start well. We also had a last-minute need for a sewing kit after my partner’s dress snagged, and the receptionist was lovely and sorted it out quickly without any fuss, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would happily return.
I had a fantastic breakfast at the Premier Inn. From the moment I walked in, Hannah the host made me feel so welcome with her friendly attitude and warm smile she really set the tone for a great start to the day. Courtney, the chef did an amazing job with the food everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was spot on, and the food was fresh and full of flavour. Big thanks to Hannah and Courtney for making my morning such a pleasant experience I’ll definitely be coming back!
Excellent Service. Stayed for 3 weeks while working nights. Courtney and Aymen went above and beyond looking after us, made us feel very welcome and making sure we had quiet rooms and breakfast ready for us when we returned in the early hours.
I stayed for a business trip in Premier Inn, the hotel is good for staying for overnight and is situated in a very good location which is just a walking distance from Festival Park where you will find everything to eat, drink and enjoy. Mr. Ayman on the reception was very welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommended for the business trips . Paid £378 for 4 nights stay.
Hannah ( i hope i remembered her name correctly ) She was very welcoming and helping upon arrival! The room was perfect and very family priced! Courtney the manager was also very helpful with any requests I had and was accommodating to those requests, the breakfast I had in the morning was just what I needed to start my day! Would highly recommend this hotel and its staff as well as the breakfast! Definitely coming back to stay here!
